A small farm with a growing problem

York River Cannabis Company is not yet a company, but a journey to something bigger. As of right now we have an experimental crop of CBD cannabis on our farm. The strain that we are growing is 00 Cherry Wine a very high CBD strain with NO THC that came from Oregon.  Over the course of the last century cannabis has gotten a bad rap. However, in recent years cannabis has made a strong comeback with many compelling arguments. President Trump signed the ground breaking 2018 Farm bill allowing all states to regulate Hemp/CBD cannabis. Virginia has opted to allow registered farmers grow this hemp CBD strain on my farm this year with a special permit.

We are a very small 6.5 acre farm and do not have a lot of capital to grow a large amount of cannabis at this time.So as of now this will be an experimental grow of cannabis our farm with the potential to expand in the future.In the future we may sell CBD products, but for now this is strictly an informational website with no products to sell.

At this time we are considering excepting donations if there is enough demand to help grow this farm into something truly special.
